1. Refunds and Cancellations
1.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not issued automatically.
1.2 Refund Requests
Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and must be submitted in writing. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the clinic coordinators.
2. Payment Terms
Parents/guardians may choose from two payment options at checkout:
- Pay in Full: Secure your child’s place in the clinic for the full term with a single payment.
- Week-to-Week Payment: A flexible weekly payment option is available and can be selected during registration. Weekly payments must be made in advance to maintain your child’s spot in the program.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in your child’s place being offered to someone on the waitlist.
3. Weather Conditions
3.1 Sessions in All Weather
Clinics will proceed in most weather conditions. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the day’s forecast.
3.2 Hydration and Safety
Parents/guardians are responsible for sending children with a water bottle and suitable clothing to keep them comfortable and safe in changing weather.
4. Extreme Heat Policy
4.1 Schedule Changes Due to Heat
In the event of extreme heat (e.g. heatwaves), clinic times may be moved earlier in the day to ensure the safety of participants.
4.2 Notification
Families will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any schedule adjustments due to extreme weather.
5. Insurance and Waiver
5.1 Mandatory Waiver
A signed waiver must be completed for each child before they can attend the clinic.
5.2 No Participation Without Waiver
Children will not be allowed to participate unless the waiver is submitted.
Mayne Academy is fully insured for any injuries or mishaps.
